I&#039;ve never come across a recipe for chicken before that includes white wine vinegar and this was the ingredient that gave this dish a real kick. I thought it combined fantastically with the chilli and garlic to create a great flavoursome marinade. It&#039;s also ideal from a health point of view- lots of lean protein and very little fat!
